That is SO funny! I am a part time tour guide in Washington DC and the mayor of Hanoi was one of my clients back in July. He and his entorage of journalists, businessmen and advisors were doing a trip around the world to strengthen ties and talk about business investments in the country. I had the opportunity to spend time with them sightseeing, eating banquet dinners and meeting business executives. I wish I had known ya'll were going and maybe I could have arranged an interview. :)
